The Parable of The farmer and the Plot of land.

There was once a farmer who came from far away land, Loking for a land to start with, he was accompanied by other farmers too who also looks for a plot of Land to start with, They then come to this place where The king of that land gave them plot to start with and it was given to them for free, In one condition they will offer their harvested grains to the king after their harvest, So they went on to their own plot of land, others were given good piece of land, others were not so good land,

A farmer named Timothy were given a land thats rocky and looks unsuitable for planting, Some of his fellow farmers Began to mock at him, and laugh at him.

But he sees it differently than other farmers, some farmer who were given the same plot of field began to grumble and left the Land, some have have sold it, while those who remains plant their crops and so is timothy.

Timothy started setting up his tents near his plot of land, and began the hard labor of taking the rocks away, tending the ground for the crops to grow, everyday he fetch water from  the nearby lake for the land to be soften, but others have already started planting.

One day the king went to visit to see how the farmer are doing, he went and see that their crops but noticed that its missing something.

so the King ordered his assistant to give them a free gift of fertilizers for their crops to grow, some have taken others didnt take, they said their plot of land is good for the plants and doesnt need fertilizers. so they rejected the Gift of the King, Timothy accepted the fertilizers and used them wisely.

Then Drought came to the Land, The farmers Started to Complain to the King, they all murmur and mad because of what is happening to their crops,

Others have grown lazy and weary to take care of their crops, while others their crop didnt grow much, others have been eaten by locust and start to abandon their land, while timothy patiently waits and cares for his crops.

Then the time of harvest came, the king ordered his assistant to go and gather the farmers and their harvest.

Those who abandons their land or sold it, the king send his armies to destroy them, but he calls the farmer to present their crops to the king, some are withered, some have little to no harvest and others their crops didnt fully grown bacause of their lazyness, the king went furious to them, and said i have given them to you freely but you havent taken care of them what have you done to the gifts i have given you?

then the king called timothy , so he presented his crops, the king was amazed at timothys crops for he yield good and plenty crops, So the king asked timothy, what have you done to harvest such plentiful and beautiful crops.

Timothy answered: My lord and my King, the plot of land that was given to me are stony piece of land, but i toil (work hard) day and night just for the land you have given me become profitable for me and for you; And i have carefully use the fertilizers you have given to me O king, That helps me yield much harvest.

the King replied: well done for you have been wise and faithful, You will inherit half of My kingdom and rule with me, The King then tells to his guard, Give this man the entire field of these unworthy servants, and destroy their belongings for they have no place for my kingdom, throw them to the farthest land where they belong.

thats the end of the parable of the Farmer and The Plot of land.

Timothy and other farmers are Christians who accepted the Lord Jesus, What about those who rejected the Land?

1 Corinthians 1:18
[18]The message of the cross is foolish to those who are headed for destruction! But we who are being saved know it is the very power of God.

The land means the kingdom of God.
the King welcomes everyone to his kingdom.

the Plot of land is our daily life and walk to enter to his kingdom,

Philippians 2:12-15
[12]Dear friends, you always followed my instructions when I was with you. And now that I am away, it is even more important. Work hard to show the results of your salvation, obeying God with deep reverence and fear.
[13]For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him.
[14]Do everything without complaining and arguing,
[15]so that no one can criticize you. Live clean, innocent lives as children of God, shining like bright lights in a world full of crooked and perverse people.

The King assistant and the fertilizer meaning.

The Holy Spirit and the gift of the Holy Spirit,

John 15:26
[26]“But I will send you the Advocate—the Spirit of truth. He will come to you from the Father and will testify all about me.

1 Corinthians 12:7-11
[7]A spiritual gift is given to each of us so we can help each other.
[8]To one person the Spirit gives the ability to give wise advice; to another the same Spirit gives a message of special knowledge.
[9]The same Spirit gives great faith to another, and to someone else the one Spirit gives the gift of healing.
[10]He gives one person the power to perform miracles, and another the ability to prophesy. He gives someone else the ability to discern whether a message is from the Spirit of God or from another spirit. Still another person is given the ability to speak in unknown languages, while another is given the ability to interpret what is being said.
[11]It is the one and only Spirit who distributes all these gifts. He alone decides which gift each person should have.

But others who rejected the gift are the Bible believers and are spiritually dull people,

the drought and pestilences means our Trials Tribulations and challenges in Life.

Acts of the Apostles 14:22
[22]where they strengthened the believers. They encouraged them to continue in the faith, reminding them that we must suffer many hardships to enter the Kingdom of God.

The harvest meaning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ,

Revelation 22:12-15
[12]“Look, I am coming soon, bringing my reward with me to repay all people according to their deeds.
[13]I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.”
[14]Blessed are those who wash their robes. They will be permitted to enter through the gates of the city and eat the fruit from the tree of life.
[15]Outside the city are the dogs—the sorcerers, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idol worshipers, and all who love to live a lie.

2 Peter 2:20-22
[20]And when people escape from the wickedness of the world by knowing our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and then get tangled up and enslaved by sin again, they are worse off than before.
[21]It would be better if they had never known the way to righteousness than to know it and then reject the command they were given to live a holy life.
[22]They prove the truth of this proverb: “A dog returns to its vomit.” And another says, “A washed pig returns to the mud.”

The Unworthy and Worthy farmers,
Matthew 25:23-30
[23]“The master said, ‘Well done, my good and faithful servant. You have been faithful in handling this small amount, so now I will give you many more responsibilities. Let’s celebrate together!’
[24]“Then the servant with the one bag of silver came and said, ‘Master, I knew you were a harsh man, harvesting crops you didn’t plant and gathering crops you didn’t cultivate.
[25]I was afraid I would lose your money, so I hid it in the earth. Look, here is your money back.’
[26]“But the master replied, ‘You wicked and lazy servant! If you knew I harvested crops I didn’t plant and gathered crops I didn’t cultivate,
[27]why didn’t you deposit my money in the bank? At least I could have gotten some interest on it.’
[28]“Then he ordered, ‘Take the money from this servant, and give it to the one with the ten bags of silver.
[29]To those who use well what they are given, even more will be given, and they will have an abundance. But from those who do nothing, even what little they have will be taken away.
[30]Now throw this useless servant into outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’

Timothy rule with the King.

Revelation 3:20-22
[20]“Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends.
[21]Those who are victorious will sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat with my Father on his throne.
[22]“Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what he is saying to the churches.”

Matthew 22:14
[14]“For many are called, but few are chosen.”

Aaron :
Praise our Father for giving us another spiritual meat for us to digest. Thank you brother Mark for that powerful parable. Hodu Adonai. Thanks to the Lord for giving us His secret knowledge through His vessel. πŸ™Œ⛲☀️🎺

I remembered I saw a comment on Facebook that Jesus does not promise us a happy life. But a joyful life.

I always thought that happiness and joy is the same. But no it is very different. We can be joyful but not be happy at the same time.

Joy is the fruit of the Holy Spirit that endures hardships and trials. Joy does not depend on circumstances while happiness is only a temporary pleasure.

Timothy endures trials, pain and hardships, he did not focus on his sufferings. He focused on the progress of his work and the inheritance he will have after finishing it.

Timothy is a good illustration of a believer who has finished the race.
He fought the good fight of faith.

FAITH is one word that I can hear from the parable's message.

In our walk with the Lord, we cannot walk alone of course, we need Him. In our work, we should not trust on our own wisdom and strength, or else we shall not succeed and be discouraged that we cannot do it. We need to humble ourselves to the King that we cannot do it for all Strength and Wisdom belongs to Him.

We need to have the power of Christ that should work in us. He will give us the power, strength and wisdom in order to be succeed the race of faith.

As workers of the land, let us focus not on the SITUATION and the SUFFERINGS, but focus on KING JESUS who can help us persevere in our work.

IF MOUNTAINS MELT LIKE WAX BEFORE THE LORD. THEN HE CAN SURELY HELP US REMOVE THE ROCKS OF OUR LAND. 🏜️πŸ”️

IF DRY BONES BECOME FLESH THROUGH THE POWER OF THE SPIRIT. THEN SURELY HE CAN MAKE ROCKY LANDS INTO A LAND OF VEGETATION 🌳🌳🌳🌳

We need to have the power of Christ in order to make our rocky lands turn into land of vegetation. To make our stony hearts become a heart of fruitfulness.

The reason why many Christians fail is because of focusing on the Goliath and not on the One who is greater than all giants.

So that's it, FAITH FAITH FAITH is needed. Let us keep trusting the Lord and hold unto His promise. If we keep on trusting the Victorious King, we will also be victorious in our work.

That's all thank you brother Mark. Shalom! Thank you for blowing the trumpet of encouragement! Thanks to the Lord for He is good. 🎺🎺🎺🎺
