Gods Presence

Gods Presence

We often hear this word but today we will dig deeper to meaning of Gods Presence.

first Let me ask you your understanding about it.

Genesis 1:1-5
[1]In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
[2]The earth was formless and empty, and darkness covered the deep waters. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters.
[3]Then God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.
[4]And God saw that the light was good. Then he separated the light from the darkness.
[5]God called the light “day” and the darkness “night.”And evening passed and morning came, marking the first day.

You see how the world was formless and no life. everything is dead, But by the presence of God through the Spirit of GOD all things made alive.

if the Spirit of God is not Present there is no Presence of God Remember that.
so what's the meaning of GODs Presence
the ability of God to be "present" with human beings.

Also when the Spirit of God dwells upon men thats also the Presence of God. Thats why we felt his presence for we the temple of GOD is his presence Bearer or IMAGE BEARER of GOD.

2 Chronicles 7:1-10
[1]When Solomon finished praying, fire flashed down from heaven and burned up the burnt offerings and sacrifices, and the glorious presence of the lord filled the Temple.
[2]The priests could not enter the Temple of the lord because the glorious presence of the lord filled it.
[3]When all the people of Israel saw the fire coming down and the glorious presence of the lord filling the Temple, they fell face down on the ground and worshiped and praised the lord, saying,
“He is good!
    His faithful love endures forever!”
[4]Then the king and all the people offered sacrifices to the lord.
[5]King Solomon offered a sacrifice of 22,000 cattle and 120,000 sheep and goats. And so the king and all the people dedicated the Temple of God.
[6]The priests took their assigned positions, and so did the Levites who were singing, “His faithful love endures forever!” They accompanied the singing with music from the instruments King David had made for praising the lord. Across from the Levites, the priests blew the trumpets, while all Israel stood.
[7]Solomon then consecrated the central area of the courtyard in front of the lord’s Temple. He offered burnt offerings and the fat of peace offerings there, because the bronze altar he had built could not hold all the burnt offerings, grain offerings, and sacrificial fat.
[8]For the next seven days Solomon and all Israel celebrated the Festival of Shelters. A large congregation had gathered from as far away as Lebo-hamath in the north and the Brook of Egypt in the south.
[9]On the eighth day they had a closing ceremony, for they had celebrated the dedication of the altar for seven days and the Festival of Shelters for seven days.
[10]Then at the end of the celebration, Solomon sent the people home. They were all joyful and glad because the lord had been so good to David and to Solomon and to his people Israel.

GODS Presence appears in many many Ways.

In the Burning Bush, in His Tabernacle, Through pillars of fire or Clouds, in the ark of Covenant, to the Temple and Through you,

Genesis 41:38
[38]So Pharaoh asked his officials, “Can we find anyone else like this man so obviously filled with the spirit of God?”

Exodus 34:29-35
29 When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the covenant law in his hands, he was not aware that his face was radiant because he had spoken with the Lord. 30 When Aaron and all the Israelites saw Moses, his face was radiant, and they were afraid to come near him. 31 But Moses called to them; so Aaron and all the leaders of the community came back to him, and he spoke to them. 32 Afterward all the Israelites came near him, and he gave them all the commands the Lord had given him on Mount Sinai.

33 When Moses finished speaking to them, he put a veil over his face. 34 But whenever he entered the Lord’s presence to speak with him, he removed the veil until he came out. And when he came out and told the Israelites what he had been commanded, 35 they saw that his face was radiant. Then Moses would put the veil back over his face until he went in to speak with the Lord.

But hear this words my fellow Breathren this GODS presence will not be always taken lightly, its is not something to play for, Gods presence is also fearful, That we should fear God in reverance,

The Mountain of the Lord.

Exodus 19:3-25
[3]Then Moses climbed the mountain to appear before God. The lord called to him from the mountain and said, “Give these instructions to the family of Jacob; announce it to the descendants of Israel:
[4]‘You have seen what I did to the Egyptians. You know how I carried you on eagles’ wings and brought you to myself.
[5]Now if you will obey me and keep my covenant, you will be my own special treasure from among all the peoples on earth; for all the earth belongs to me.
[6]And you will be my kingdom of priests, my holy nation.’ This is the message you must give to the people of Israel.”
[7]So Moses returned from the mountain and called together the elders of the people and told them everything the lord had commanded him.
[8]And all the people responded together, “We will do everything the lord has commanded.” So Moses brought the people’s answer back to the lord.
[9]Then the lord said to Moses, “I will come to you in a thick cloud, Moses, so the people themselves can hear me when I speak with you. Then they will always trust you.”Moses told the lord what the people had said.
[10]Then the lord told Moses, “Go down and prepare the people for my arrival. Consecrate them today and tomorrow, and have them wash their clothing.
[11]Be sure they are ready on the third day, for on that day the lord will come down on Mount Sinai as all the people watch.
[12]Mark off a boundary all around the mountain. Warn the people, ‘Be careful! Do not go up on the mountain or even touch its boundaries. Anyone who touches the mountain will certainly be put to death.
[13]No hand may touch the person or animal that crosses the boundary; instead, stone them or shoot them with arrows. They must be put to death.’ However, when the ram’s horn sounds a long blast, then the people may go up on the mountain.”
[14]So Moses went down to the people. He consecrated them for worship, and they washed their clothes.
[15]He told them, “Get ready for the third day, and until then abstain from having sexual intercourse.”
[16]On the morning of the third day, thunder roared and lightning flashed, and a dense cloud came down on the mountain. There was a long, loud blast from a ram’s horn, and all the people trembled.
[17]Moses led them out from the camp to meet with God, and they stood at the foot of the mountain.
[18]All of Mount Sinai was covered with smoke because the lord had descended on it in the form of fire. The smoke billowed into the sky like smoke from a brick kiln, and the whole mountain shook violently.
[19]As the blast of the ram’s horn grew louder and louder, Moses spoke, and God thundered his reply.
[20]The lord came down on the top of Mount Sinai and called Moses to the top of the mountain. So Moses climbed the mountain.
[21]Then the lord told Moses, “Go back down and warn the people not to break through the boundaries to see the lord, or they will die.
[22]Even the priests who regularly come near to the lord must purify themselves so that the lord does not break out and destroy them.”
[23]“But lord,” Moses protested, “the people cannot come up to Mount Sinai. You already warned us. You told me, ‘Mark off a boundary all around the mountain to set it apart as holy.’”
[24]But the lord said, “Go down and bring Aaron back up with you. In the meantime, do not let the priests or the people break through to approach the lord, or he will break out and destroy them.”
[25]So Moses went down to the people and told them what the lord had said

2 Samuel 6:6-8
[6]But when they arrived at the threshing floor of Nacon, the oxen stumbled, and Uzzah reached out his hand and steadied the Ark of God.
[7]Then the lord’s anger was aroused against Uzzah, and God struck him dead because of this. So Uzzah died right there beside the Ark of God.
[8]David was angry because the lord’s anger had burst out against Uzzah. He named that place Perez-uzzah (which means “to burst out against Uzzah”), as it is still called today.

Leviticus 21:0-1
[0]Instructions for the Priests
[1]The lord said to Moses, “Give the following instructions to the priests, the descendants of Aaron.“A priest must not make himself ceremonially unclean by touching the dead body of a relative.

You see brothers and sisters how the Presence of God is fearful thing specially to unclean and unholy, unconsecrated,

being said to that know that this world is will be destroyed and all who departed from Gods Presence and unbelievers and all who does wicked before his eyes, Because Jesus will come again like how he descended from he mountain of God, He will come again, And what will this sinful world inherit?

Destructions But he will show his, Mercy to those who fear him and obeys him.
Exodus 20:6
[6]But I lavish unfailing love for a thousand generations on those who love me and obey my commands.

so bear this in mind if Gods Holy People must serve GOD in fear and reverence to God,
what then will happen to those who are cut off from Gods Presence?

Genesis 3:1-24
[1]The serpent was the shrewdest of all the wild animals the lord God had made. One day he asked the woman, “Did God really say you must not eat the fruit from any of the trees in the garden?”
[2]“Of course we may eat fruit from the trees in the garden,” the woman replied.
[3]“It’s only the fruit from the tree in the middle of the garden that we are not allowed to eat. God said, ‘You must not eat it or even touch it; if you do, you will die.’”
[4]“You won’t die!” the serpent replied to the woman.
[5]“God knows that your eyes will be opened as soon as you eat it, and you will be like God, knowing both good and evil.”
[6]The woman was convinced. She saw that the tree was beautiful and its fruit looked delicious, and she wanted the wisdom it would give her. So she took some of the fruit and ate it. Then she gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it, too.
[7]At that moment their eyes were opened, and they suddenly felt shame at their nakedness. So they sewed fig leaves together to cover themselves.
[8]When the cool evening breezes were blowing, the man and his wife heard the lord God walking about in the garden. So they hid from the lord God among the trees.
[9]Then the lord God called to the man, “Where are you?”
[10]He replied, “I heard you walking in the garden, so I hid. I was afraid because I was naked.”
[11]“Who told you that you were naked?” the lord God asked. “Have you eaten from the tree whose fruit I commanded you not to eat?”
[12]The man replied, “It was the woman you gave me who gave me the fruit, and I ate it.”
[13]Then the lord God asked the woman, “What have you done?”“The serpent deceived me,” she replied. “That’s why I ate it.”
[14]Then the lord God said to the serpent,
“Because you have done this, you are cursed
more than all animals, domestic and wild.
You will crawl on your belly,
groveling in the dust as long as you live.
[15]And I will cause hostility between you and the woman,
and between your offspring and her offspring.
He will strike your head,
and you will strike his heel.”
[16]Then he said to the woman,
“I will sharpen the pain of your pregnancy,
and in pain you will give birth.
And you will desire to control your husband,
but he will rule over you.”
[17]And to the man he said,
“Since you listened to your wife and ate from the tree
whose fruit I commanded you not to eat,
the ground is cursed because of you.
All your life you will struggle to scratch a living from it.
[18]It will grow thorns and thistles for you,
though you will eat of its grains.
[19]By the sweat of your brow
will you have food to eat
until you return to the ground
    from which you were made.
For you were made from dust,
and to dust you will return.”
[20]Then the man—Adam—named his wife Eve, because she would be the mother of all who live.
[21]And the lord God made clothing from animal skins for Adam and his wife.
[22]Then the lord God said, “Look, the human beings have become like us, knowing both good and evil. What if they reach out, take fruit from the tree of life, and eat it? Then they will live forever!”
[23]So the lord God banished them from the Garden of Eden, and he sent Adam out to cultivate the ground from which he had been made.
[24]After sending them out, the lord God stationed mighty cherubim to the east of the Garden of Eden. And he placed a flaming sword that flashed back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.

Like adam and eve when they were cut off from Gods presence or eden, They bear the punishment and the curse.

What about his Holy People?

Ephesians 2:16-22
[16]Together as one body, Christ reconciled both groups to God by means of his death on the cross, and our hostility toward each other was put to death.
[17]He brought this Good News of peace to you Gentiles who were far away from him, and peace to the Jews who were near.
[18]Now all of us can come to the Father through the same Holy Spirit because of what Christ has done for us.
[19]So now you Gentiles are no longer strangers and foreigners. You are citizens along with all of God’s holy people. You are members of God’s family.
[20]Together, we are his house, built on the foundation of the apostles and the prophets. And the cornerstone is Christ Jesus himself.
[21]We are carefully joined together in him, becoming a holy temple for the Lord.
[22]Through him you Gentiles are also being made part of this dwelling where God lives by his Spirit.

so keep your temple filled with Gods Presence.
God bless you END.

Bro mark, thank you for the Teaching,I am now going to sleep. God Bless

Thank you brother Mark for that nutritious meat that was freshly cooked and served from the Kingdom of God! More anointing and blessings to you our trusted shepherd of the Lord! 🎊🪔🔥🌺

I realized the presence of God can either be a blessing or a curse to people.

It can be a blessing for those who walks in holiness because the presence of God will give them access to its healing, restoration, peace, joy, love, satisfaction, etc..
On the other hand, it will be a curse for those who doeth evil and are filthy in the Lord's eyes. Because the presence of God is irritated in the darkness. It consumes and resists away all that is evil.

I understand why sinners cannot enter the Kingdom of God, it is because the presence of God is in there in which it resists evil men to enter into the holy gates.

Since evil men are from the flesh, they cannot inherit the Kingdom of God because flesh and blood cannot survive in the Kingdom of God.

When the presence of God resists, evil men, where do they go?

They go outside the presence of God.

And since we all know that whoever is outside the presence of God, that means they are in absence of God.

And the absence of God is HELL.

If we are outside the presence of God, the presence of Hell will be in our lives in where there is full of darkness, sin, depression, sufferings, hunger, thirst, etc.

HOLINESS! HOLINESS! HOLINESS!
Holiness is the most important aspect in our role as a temple of God. Without holiness, no one shall see the Lord.

Hebrews 12:14
Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.

If we want to remain the presence of God, we need to live in holiness because the presence of God is holy. And in order to be holy, we need to abide on the Holy One which is the Lord Jesus for without Him we cannot produce any good fruit. Only the Sower of the good seed can grow a good plant and bear a good fruit.

In encountering the presence of God, we need to surrender and humble ourselves because this is the foundation of what makes us holy. We let the Sower plant good seed in our hearts in order to for it to produce good plant and bear good fruit.

Thank you that's all God bless us all and let us keep walking in holiness. 🎊🔥🎊🔥🎊🔥🎊
