Revelation 19

Revelation 19:1-2

Song of Victory in Heaven

Revelation 19:1-2
[1]After this, I heard what sounded like a vast crowd in heaven shouting,
“Praise the lord!
Salvation and glory and power belong to our God.
[2]His judgments are true and just.
He has punished the great prostitute
who corrupted the earth with her immorality.
He has avenged the murder of his servants.”

Jesus will avenge for his servants.
Romans 12:19,21
[19]Dear friends, never take revenge. Leave that to the righteous anger of God. For the Scriptures say,
“I will take revenge;
    I will pay them back,”
    says the lord.
[21]Don’t let evil conquer you, but conquer evil by doing good.

Psalms 73:6-19
[6]They wear pride like a jeweled necklace
    and clothe themselves with cruelty.
[7]These fat cats have everything
their hearts could ever wish for!
[8]They scoff and speak only evil;
in their pride they seek to crush others.
[9]They boast against the very heavens,
and their words strut throughout the earth.
[10]And so the people are dismayed and confused,
    drinking in all their words.
[11]“What does God know?” they ask.
“Does the Most High even know what’s happening?”
[12]Look at these wicked people—
enjoying a life of ease while their riches multiply.
[13]Did I keep my heart pure for nothing?
Did I keep myself innocent for no reason?
[14]I get nothing but trouble all day long;
    every morning brings me pain.
[15]If I had really spoken this way to others,
I would have been a traitor to your people.
[16]So I tried to understand why the wicked prosper.
But what a difficult task it is!
[17]Then I went into your sanctuary, O God,
and I finally understood the destiny of the wicked.
[18]Truly, you put them on a slippery path
and send them sliding over the cliff to destruction.
[19]In an instant they are destroyed,
    completely swept away by terrors.

Revelation 19:3-6
[3]And again their voices rang out:
“Praise the lord!
The smoke from that city ascends forever and ever!”
[4]Then the twenty-four elders and the four living beings fell down and worshiped God, who was sitting on the throne. They cried out, “Amen! Praise the lord!”
[5]And from the throne came a voice that said,
“Praise our God,
    all his servants,
all who fear him,
from the least to the greatest.”
[6]Then I heard again what sounded like the shout of a vast crowd or the roar of mighty ocean waves or the crash of loud thunder:
“Praise the lord!
For the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigns.

Prepared Bride for Wedding Feast.

Revelation 19:7-8
[7]Let us be glad and rejoice,
and let us give honor to him.
For the time has come for the wedding feast of the Lamb,
and his bride has prepared herself.
[8]She has been given the finest of pure white linen to wear.”
For the fine linen represents the good deeds of God’s holy people.

Who are this People.
They are the people who took their husband(Jesus) in seriousness, they are those who didn't defile themselves wih the great prostitute, those who refuse to be commit adultery with the beast. Even to the point of dying.

Revelation 6:10-11
[10]They shouted to the Lord and said, “O Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long before you judge the people who belong to this world and avenge our blood for what they have done to us?”
[11]Then a white robe was given to each of them. And they were told to rest a little longer until the full number of their brothers and sisters—their fellow servants of Jesus who were to be martyred—had joined them.

Revelation 15:2-3
[2]I saw before me what seemed to be a glass sea mixed with fire. And on it stood all the people who had been victorious over the beast and his statue and the number representing his name. They were all holding harps that God had given them.
[3]And they were singing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb:
“Great and marvelous are your works,
    O Lord God, the Almighty.
Just and true are your ways,
    O King of the nations.

Revelation 7:13-15
[13]Then one of the twenty-four elders asked me, “Who are these who are clothed in white? Where did they come from?”
[14]And I said to him, “Sir, you are the one who knows.”Then he said to me, “These are the ones who died in the great tribulation. They have washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb and made them white.
[15]“That is why they stand in front of God’s throne
and serve him day and night in his Temple.
And he who sits on the throne
    will give them shelter.

Matthew 5:16
[16]In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.

Revelation 19:9-10
[9]And the angel said to me, “Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding feast of the Lamb.” And he added, “These are true words that come from God.”
[10]Then I fell down at his feet to worship him, but he said, “No, don’t worship me. I am a servant of God, just like you and your brothers and sisters who testify about their faith in Jesus. Worship only God. For the essence of prophecy is to give a clear witness for Jesus.”

Rider on the White Horse

Revelation 19:11-12
[11]Then I saw heaven opened, and a white horse was standing there. Its rider was named Faithful and True, for he judges fairly and wages a righteous war.
[12]His eyes were like flames of fire, and on his head were many crowns. A name was written on him that no one understood except himself.

What is the Meaning of Many Crowns
Crowns Represents his Rulership and and His authority above all.
And his title as the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Revelation 19:14-18
[14]The armies of heaven, dressed in the finest of pure white linen, followed him on white horses.
[15]From his mouth came a sharp sword to strike down the nations. He will rule them with an iron rod. He will release the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty, like juice flowing from a winepress.
[16]On his robe at his thigh was written this title: King of all kings and Lord of all lords.
[17]Then I saw an angel standing in the sun, shouting to the vultures flying high in the sky: “Come! Gather together for the great banquet God has prepared.
[18]Come and eat the flesh of kings, generals, and strong warriors; of horses and their riders; and of all humanity, both free and slave, small and great.”

Matthew 24:28
[28]Just as the gathering of vultures shows there is a carcass nearby, so these signs indicate that the end is near.

The Beast (Man of Lawlessness) and False Prophet Thrown.

Revelation 19:19-21
[19]Then I saw the beast and the kings of the world and their armies gathered together to fight against the one sitting on the horse and his army.
[20]And the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who did mighty miracles on behalf of the beast—miracles that deceived all who had accepted the mark of the beast and who worshiped his statue. Both the beast and his false prophet were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur.

1 Kings 18:39-40
[39]And when all the people saw it, they fell face down on the ground and cried out, “The lord—he is God! Yes, the lord is God!”
[40]Then Elijah commanded, “Seize all the prophets of Baal. Don’t let a single one escape!” So the people seized them all, and Elijah took them down to the Kishon Valley and killed them there.

[21]Their entire army was killed by the sharp sword that came from the mouth of the one riding the white horse. And the vultures all gorged themselves on the dead bodies.

Thousand Year Reign.

Revelation 20:1-3
[1]Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven with the key to the bottomless pit and a heavy chain in his hand.
[2]He seized the dragon—that old serpent, who is the devil, Satan—and bound him in chains for a thousand years.
[3]The angel threw him into the bottomless pit, which he then shut and locked so Satan could not deceive the nations anymore until the thousand years were finished. Afterward he must be released for a little while.

Satan will be locked up for A thousand Year.

Revelation 20:4-6
[4]Then I saw thrones, and the people sitting on them had been given the authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their testimony about Jesus and for proclaiming the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his statue, nor accepted his mark on their foreheads or their hands. They all came to life again, and they reigned with Christ for a thousand years

Matthew 16:24-28
[24]Then Jesus said to his disciples, “If any of you wants to be my follower, you must turn from your selfish ways, take up your cross, and follow me.
[25]If you try to hang on to your life, you will lose it. But if you give up your life for my sake, you will save it.
[26]And what do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul? Is anything worth more than your soul?
[27]For the Son of Man will come with his angels in the glory of his Father and will judge all people according to their deeds.
[28]And I tell you the truth, some standing here right now will not die before they see the Son of Man coming in his Kingdom.”

[5]This is the first resurrection. (The rest of the dead did not come back to life until the thousand years had ended.)
[6]Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. For them the second death holds no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him a thousand years.

2 Timothy 2:10-13
[10]So I am willing to endure anything if it will bring salvation and eternal glory in Christ Jesus to those God has chosen.
[11]This is a trustworthy saying:
If we die with him,
we will also live with him.
[12]If we endure hardship,
    we will reign with him.
If we deny him,
    he will deny us.
[13]If we are unfaithful,
    he remains faithful,
for he cannot deny who he is.

The Defeat Of Satan

Revelation 20:7-10
[7]When the thousand years come to an end, Satan will be let out of his prison.
[8]He will go out to deceive the nations—called Gog and Magog—in every corner of the earth. He will gather them together for battle—a mighty army, as numberless as sand along the seashore.
[9]And I saw them as they went up on the broad plain of the earth and surrounded God’s people and the beloved city. But fire from heaven came down on the attacking armies and consumed them.
[10]Then the devil, who had deceived them, was thrown into the fiery lake of burning sulfur, joining the beast and the false prophet. There they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

Great White Throne of Judgement.

Revelation 20:11-15
[11]And I saw a great white throne and the one sitting on it. The earth and sky fled from his presence, but they found no place to hide.
[12]I saw the dead, both great and small, standing before God’s throne. And the books were opened, including the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to what they had done, as recorded in the books.

[13]The sea gave up its dead, and death and the grave gave up their dead. And all were judged according to their deeds.
[14]Then death and the grave were thrown into the lake of fire. This lake of fire is the second death.
[15]And anyone whose name was not found recorded in the Book of Life was thrown into the lake of fire.

Matthew 25:31-46
[31]“But when the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit upon his glorious throne.
[32]All the nations will be gathered in his presence, and he will separate the people as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.
[33]He will place the sheep at his right hand and the goats at his left.
[34]“Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the creation of the world.
[35]For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home.
[36]I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.’
[37]“Then these righteous ones will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you something to drink?
[38]Or a stranger and show you hospitality? Or naked and give you clothing?
[39]When did we ever see you sick or in prison and visit you?’
[40]“And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’
[41]“Then the King will turn to those on the left and say, ‘Away with you, you cursed ones, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his demons.
[42]For I was hungry, and you didn’t feed me. I was thirsty, and you didn’t give me a drink.
[43]I was a stranger, and you didn’t invite me into your home. I was naked, and you didn’t give me clothing. I was sick and in prison, and you didn’t visit me.’
[44]“Then they will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and not help you?’
[45]“And he will answer, ‘I tell you the truth, when you refused to help the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were refusing to help me.’
[46]“And they will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous will go into eternal life.”

End

Testimony/Opinoin

Thank you brother Mark for that wonderful teaching

I don't have that much learned, but what i have learned from this teaching is, there is a reward for those people who endured until the end, they will be a victorious and will be with the Lord Jesus forever

They kept they robes spotless before God which made them righteous.

Also i want to add

This also made me realized that once saved is not always saved, our salvation is a seal that needs to be worked out everyday. A lot of christians are thinking that once you accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior then get baptized, it's the end of our journey, but they failed to understand that we will face tribulations in life and that includes the persecutions. That's why they're like a dog going back to their vomit, because some of them went back to their past life thinking that it's not a big deal Because thinking that they're saved and their name is written in the book of life, we will never be called faithful if we don't finish our race and just remain in the first level

I also remembered the parable of the 10 virgins, wherein the 5 are the wise and the remaining 5 are the foolish. So there's no time for backsliding, laziness, etc. Because the end is near. If we remain on this stage, we will never receive the reward in heaven and we will not be with Christ.

We tend to call ourselves "christians" or we have faith in the Lord Jesus but the persecution would truly testify us if we are truly faithful christians.

It's up to us if we will run away or face it. But let us choose wisely

That's why we need to stop putting stains on our white linens and start pursuing Holiness

We need to prepare what will gonna happen

Godbless

I typed it again because of i laughed while stating it.im sorry
